Additional Requirements:

1. Sponsored Applicants: Sponsor letter (format will provided) including sponsor’s ID (KTP or Passport), 3-month bank statement, and original bank reference letter

2. Marital Status: Marriage or divorce certificate if applicable

3. Minors (<18): Notarized parental consent letter if traveling without one or both parents

4. Employment Status:

   • Employed: Employment certificate (name, position, salary, travel purpose, sponsored person) + last 3 months’ pay slips

   • Business Owner: Company deed, business license, NIB

   • Student: School certificate + student ID

   • Retired: Pension certificate

5. Visa Purpose:

   • Visit: Invitation letter and identification of applicant’s relative in the Germany

   • Business: Invitation letter from a company in the Germany

6. A scheduled visa appointment and mandatory in-person biometric submission

   • Note: If applicant has completed Schengen visa biometrics within the last 3 years, biometric submission is optional.
